Lunch Plan - 6 Months Old

Week 3

Introducing solids to your 6-month-old can be a joyful and nourishing experience. This 4-week lunch plan focuses on simple, nutritious, and age-appropriate purees and mashed foods. Each meal is designed with single or gently combined ingredients for easy digestion and allergen monitoring. Always consult your pediatrician before introducing new foods.

Tips Before You Start:

⁕ Make sure the texture is smooth and suitable for early eaters.
⁕ Always consult your pediatrician before introducing new foods.

How to Use This Plan:
Use fresh ingredients.
Offer 2–3 tablespoons per meal depending on baby’s appetite.
