1 slice whole grain toast (no crust)

Instructions
1. Cut toast into fingers.
2. Dip in egg or serve side by side.

2 tbsp cottage cheese
2 tbsp diced soft peach (fresh or canned, no syrup)

Instructions

¼ cup mashed cooked sweet potato
1 tsp butter

Instructions
1. Warm sweet potato with butter.
