Juicy fruit and soft chewables.

Ingredients
Soft ripe pear slices
2-3 baby oat rounds

Instructions
1. Steam pear slices slightly if needed.
2. Serve with oat rounds.




Snack Recipe
Mini Rice Cake Sandwiches
Fun and stackable with healthy filling.

Ingredients
2 mini rice cakes
1 tsp cream cheese or nut butter (if safe)

Instructions
1. Spread filling and sandwich gently.
2. Serve halved for smaller bites.




Snack Recipe
Boiled Egg & Avocado Mash
Rich in protein and good fats.

Ingredients
½ hard-boiled egg
2 tbsp mashed avocado

Instructions
1. Dice egg or mash it.
2. Serve with avocado mash.




Snack Recipe
Carrot & Apple Muffins
Sweet with hidden veggies.

Ingredients
¼ cup grated carrot
¼ cup grated apple
2 tbsp flour
1 egg yolk

Instructions
1. Mix all and bake in mini muffin tins for 15–18 min.
2. Cool well before serving.

Whole Milk Yogurt & Banana Coins
Smooth and soft for busy snack times.

Ingredients
½ banana, sliced
½ cup plain yogurt

Instructions
1. Mix or layer banana and yogurt.
2. Serve with toddler spoon.
