Snack Recipe
Banana Oat Bites
Soft, nutritious, and just the right size for little fingers.
Ingredients
½ ripe banana
2 tbsp quick oats
Instructions
1. Mash banana and mix with oats.
2. Spoon small rounds onto a tray and bake at 175°C (350°F) for 10–12 min.
3. Cool and serve.

Snack Recipe
Yogurt & Berry Swirl
Creamy with bursts of natural sweetness.
Ingredients
½ cup plain whole milk yogurt
1 tbsp mashed berries (blueberries, strawberries)
Instructions
1. Swirl mashed berries into yogurt.
2. Serve chilled with a soft spoon.

Cucumber Sticks & Hummus
A cool crunch with a creamy dip.
Ingredients
Soft peeled cucumber sticks
2 tbsp smooth hummus
Instructions
1. Lightly steam cucumber sticks if too firm.
2. Serve with a small scoop of hummus.

Ingredients
½ cup applesauce
½ cup flour
1 egg yolk
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients and pour into mini muffin tins.
2. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 15 min.
3. Cool before serving.
