Lunch Recipe
Veggie Mac & Cheese
Creamy, comforting, and packed with hidden veggies.
Ingredients
¼ cup cooked small pasta (macaroni or shells)
2 tbsp cooked cauliflower (mashed)
2 tbsp shredded cheese
Splash of milk
Instructions
1. Mix cheese, mashed cauliflower, and milk in a pot.
2. Stir in pasta and heat until creamy and warm.

Soft Chicken & Sweet Potato Bites
Easy to hold and naturally sweet.
Ingredients
¼ cup cooked chicken (shredded or finely chopped)
¼ cup cooked sweet potato (mashed)
1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Mix chicken and sweet potato.
2. Form into small patties or spoon into bowl.
3. Drizzle with a little olive oil before serving.
