Breakfast Recipe
Spinach & Cheese Egg Muffins

Ingredients
1 egg
1 tbsp cooked spinach (finely chopped)
1 tbsp grated mild cheese

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased mini muffin tin.
3. Bake for 10–12 minutes until firm. Cool before serving.

Creamy Millet Porridge with Pear
A gentle grain rich in iron and magnesium.

Ingredients
¼ cup cooked millet
½ small ripe pear, peeled and mashed
½ cup milk or water

Instructions
1. Combine millet and liquid in a small pot.

3. Cool before serving.

1 slice wholegrain bread
1 egg
2 tbsp milk

3. Cut into strips for easy holding.
